16th World scout Moot Badge. The World Scout Moot is a world event that brings together Scouts from different countries and regions. It promotes cross-cultural exchange, understanding, and friendship. The 16th World Scout Moot will take place in Portugal in 2025. It will be hosted by Federação Escutista de Portugal, the Portuguese National Scout Organization.
